法国乐榆酒庄，从史册记载，可以追溯到1238年，是当时为数不多的规模化种植酒庄。酿造则始于17世纪中期/酒庄坐落于波尔多左岸”，与吉伦德河相聚8公里，北至多尔多涅河。1828年，爱德.科洛洛斯公爵购入酒庄，至此一直由科洛洛斯家族管理。该酒庄由当时的顶尖酿酒师凯罗恩.伯莱特先生酿造。

从18世纪到19世纪初该酒庄仅对皇家贵族使用，莎菲.路易斯公主更是对乐榆酒庄青睐有加，成为当时极为盛名的传承贵族酒庄。经过三个世纪的发展，卡特莱.科洛洛斯伯爵为了让更多的葡萄酒爱好者品味到高品质的乐榆酒庄，葡萄种植面积增加至13公顷。主要种植赤霞珠，美乐，品丽珠及国际葡萄品种马尔贝克，小维多，长相思等。 酒庄平均树龄达15年以上，使种植的葡萄水分糖分充足，更具矿物质，完全发挥出该葡萄品种的特性。遵循老庄主传统，酒庄传承着有机无污染的使命，延续人工耕土、人工采摘、人工挑选，并使用带梗破皮压榨法，让单宁更加浑厚强劲，只为让乐榆品质更加出色。

酒庄使用古老传统冷浸工艺酿制方法，并采用北纬35°特级白橡木桶储存酿制，地下酒窖温度控制13摄氏度，保证了恒温及微生物的活跃与完美发酵，至使乐榆红酒更据醇香浓郁。
